Terms of use

ShakashakaRevision AEffective 2026-10-03

Agreement

These terms apply when you play Shakashaka.

These terms are between you and Wesam Al-Omari, trading as Zeltsa Studios (zeltsastudios.com), the maker of Shakashaka. They apply when you download or play the game.

How we handle information is explained separately in the Shakashaka privacy policy.

The game and its ads

Shakashaka is free to play, and ads are part of the free game.

Shakashaka is a logic puzzle game. It is free to play, and showing ads is how the free game is supported. The game shows rewarded ads, which you choose to watch, and interstitial ads, which appear between parts of the game.

Virtual coins

Coins only work inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.

Coins in Shakashaka are virtual. They:

  • have no cash value;
  • cannot be exchanged for money or anything else outside the game;
  • cannot be sold or transferred to anyone.

Coins are stored on your device. If you uninstall the game and your device has no backup of it, they are deleted, and we cannot restore them.

Purchases

There are no real-money purchases yet. If a one-time “remove ads” purchase is added, the app store’s purchase and refund rules will apply to it.

Shakashaka has no real-money purchases today.

We plan to offer a one-time purchase that removes ads. If it is offered, it will follow the app store’s purchase rules and refund policies.

Fair use

Play the game as it is meant to be played: no cheating tools and no taking the game apart.

When you play Shakashaka, please do not:

  • use cheating tools;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the game, except as far as the law allows you to.

The game as provided

The game is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows.

Shakashaka is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Your local consumer rights still apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new revision and date.

When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new revision letter and effective date.
